Other books worth reading in this regard are Bill Rogers (2006) " I get by with a little help...collegial support in schools" and Elisabeth Morris and Julie Casey (2006) "Developing Emotionally LIterate Staff" both published by Paul Chapman Publishers and available in Australia from Footprint books. Richard Eckersley, is co-author of an index of subjective wellbeing.
